I ate my first langos with my boyfriend, on a market, here in Zürich.
I found it so delicious, that I immediatly look at the recipe, and try to cook it myself…..here is the result! 😀
P.s: You can eat it with cream, garlic even with sugar and cinnamon – nom nom!
RECIPE:
300gr Flour
100ml Warm milk
40gr Baker’s yeast
1 teaspoon salz
1/2 teaspoon sugar
