•400 grams lamb mince
•1 finely diced red onion
•1 cup coriander leaves
•1 cup fresh mint leaves
•1 tsp salt
•1 tsp black pepper
•1 tbsp garlic paste
•1 tsp mixed herbs
•1 tsp cumin powder
•1 tsp paprika
•Brioche buns – toasted
•Lettuce
•Mexican cheese

•Add in lamb mince
•Add in, red onion, coriander, mint leaves, salt, pepper, garlic paste, mixed herbs, cumin powder, paprika.
•Mix together and leave it in the fridge for 1-hour minimum
•Make into round burgers and place onto a baking tray
•Poke a hole in the center using your thumb
•Cook for 20 mins at 190 Degrees
•Toast brioche buns
•Add sauce
•Add lettuce
•Add lamb burger
•Add Mexican cheese
