Rezept für 6-8 Personen

1 pck. Mehl
1 Würfel frische Hefe 
1 Glas lauwarme Milch
1 Glas lauwarmes Wasser
1-2 Tl Zucker 
1 El Salz 
4 El Öl

5 mittelgroße Zwiebeln 
4 türkische Paprikaschoten
5 Knoblauchzehen 
Petersilie / Koriander
600 g  Lammhackfleisch 
100 ml Öl 
2 EL  Paprikamark 
1 pck Tomatenmark   Chiliflocken, Salz  (nach Geschmack)
Backpapier 

Recipe for 6-8 people

1 pack Flour
1 cube fresh yeast
1 glass of lukewarm milk
1 glass of lukewarm water
1-2 teaspoons of sugar
1 tbsp salt
4 tbsp oil

5 medium onions
4 Turkish peppers
5 cloves of garlic
Parsley / coriander
600 g minced lamb
100 ml of oil
2 tbsp paprika pulp
1 pack tomato paste
chilli flakes and salt (according to your taste)
Parchment paper
