I cook a traditional Korean dish that it is a daily food at any Korean house. It is tasty, easy and fast. Really healthy with high protein and nutrients and low fat and calories. In Korea it is done just with chily but I am reducing the chily and using instead paprika and tomato paste. You have to find the balance among the spices to make it perfet for your taste.
You will find the ingredients easily at any Asiatic store or supermarket also in an organic shop but here it will be more expensive.
