KOREAN CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN, is the best fried chicken, it is crispy, juicy, and tasty.
Promise you will love this recipe once you try.
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken cut serving size
1 1/2 cup Korean crispy frying mix
1 cup water
1 cup korean crispy frying mix
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
3 gloves garlic
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
cooking oil for deep frying
Procedure:
Step1. Chop the whole chicken into serving size. Prepare garlic, salt and paprika.
Step2. In separate bowl, add 1 1/2 cup of korean crispy mix, add 1 cup of water. Mix it and set on the side.
Step3. Season the chicken with salt, garlic, paprika, ground pepper and vinegar. Rub these spices onto the chicken.
Step4. Get a large size of container, add 1/2 cup of crispy mix, add more if necessary, to cover all the chicken meat.
Step5. Combine all the chicken with the batter mix. Place the coated skin in a container with crispy mix on it. Add more crispy mix on the top of the chicken and put the lid. Shake..shake …shake until all meat coated.
Step6. In a large pot, add oil just enough to cover all the chicken when you fry. Fry medium high heat 8 minutes each side depending on the size of the chicken.
Step7. After you fry all the chicken, clean the oil using wire strainer to remove all the debris from previous frying. Fry the chicken again but this time high heat. atleast 200 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes or until golden.
