8 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp smoked or regular paprika
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 parsley fresh, chopped
2 tbsp oregano fresh, chopped
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 black pepper or to taste
