For the kibbeh dough (the ground beef and the rice flour dough) Ingredients:
1 pound (453g) ground beef 97%lean 3%fat
Medium onion medium diced
2 cups (453g) rice flour I ground 2 cups of jasmine rice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon 7 spices (sweet spice, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and clove)
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2-6 tablespoons cold water or more as needed
Recipe:
-Mix all the ingredients in a food processor
-Add water
-Mix until all the ingredients well blended and form a dough texture that is easy to shape

Filling Ingredients:
1 pound ( 454g) ground beef
1 medium onion medium diced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon 7 spices (sweet spice, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and clove)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Recipe:
-Put 2 tablespoons vegetable oil on a pan
-Heat on high
-Add the diced onion
-Lower the heat to medium
-Sauté the onion until yellow
-Add the ground beef
-Add all the ground beef spices
-Cook for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink

Layers of kibbeh and ground beef recipe:
-Grease an oven safe cookware with butter
-Shape 6 balls and pat with your hands
-Put in an oven safe cookware
-Put more of the beef and rice dough to fill the empty spaces
-Spread the rice and beef dough with hand and press
-Put water on the spatula and spread
-Add 1 egg to the ground beef filling mixture and mix
-The egg will make the beef stick to the other layers
-Spread the beef mixture leaving space on the edge side
-Press the beef mixture
-Put another layer of beef and rice dough
repeating the same steps for the first layers
-Press down while patting using water
-Use the spatula while spreading
-Cut the layers with a knife
-Cut again to make sure the knife goes through all the layers
-Put small piece of butter on each diamond
-Preheat the oven on 350F (176C) and bake for 50-60 minutes uncovered
-Serve with yogurt
