Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken with skin (Wings, Legs)
1 tsp + ¼ tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Corn starch
1 cup All-Purpose flour
2 Eggs
1 tsp + ¼ tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp + ¼ tsp Onion powder
½ tsp White pepper
¼ tsp Baking powder
½ tsp + ½ tsp Salt
Oil
Directions:
• Begin by adding 1 cup all-purpose flour to a large mixing bowl. To it add 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp white pepper, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp corn starch and mix everything together.
• Measure ¼ cup of the mixed flour mixture and add it to a separate bowl. Break open 2 eggs to the bowl, mix well and make sure there are no lumps. To it, add ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp onion powder, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp paprika and mix well.
• Add the washed chicken pieces to the bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
• Heat oil for deep frying.
• Coat the marinated chicken using the remaining flour mixture.
• Deep fry the coated chicken pieces on medium flame. Gently flip to cook on both sides.
• Deep fry until it turns golden in color.
• Serve hot with some ketchup.
