KFC style fried chicken
Who doesn’t like fried chicken crunchy outside and juicy inside, if you try this recipe I am sure you will make again and again
Ingredients you will need
Buttermilk
1 cup milk
1,5 TBS lemon juice
Marination for 1 kg of chicken 🐓
-1kg chicken
-1TSP garlic and ginger paste
-1TSP black was pepper
-1TSP chilli powder
-1TSP coriander and cumin powder
-1TSP paprika powder
-1TSP mixed herbs
-salt as taste
-1 egg
Flour coat
-2 cups of plain flour
-bit of salt
-1TSP ginger powder
-1TSP garlic powder
-1TSP paprika powder
-1TSP white pepper
-1TSP oregano
Yogurt mayo dip
-2TBS yogurt
-1tbs mayonnaise
-1 piece of garlic clove finely chopped
-bit of salt
-bit black pepper
-bit of crushed chilli
– Oil for deep fry
