These Keto Cauliflower “Hash Browns” are simply delicious and they are super easy to make!
You may use frozen cauliflower rice instead if they are available in your local supermarket.
These can be done either in the oven, air-fryer or over the stove!
With only 3 ingredients as the base for these hash browns, you are free to add whatever spices that you like to enhance the flavor according to your liking!
They can be made ahead. Simply keep them in a Ziploc bag or airtight container and freeze them for later use. Therefore, they are ideal as breakfast, snacks or even party finger food!
Ingredients for 12 Muffin tin size:
– 1 Large Head Cauliflower
– 1+1/2 cup Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella + Cheddar)
– 2 Eggs
Spices of your choice. I use:
– Parsley Flakes
– Mixed Herbs
– Smoked Paprika
– Himalayan Salt
– Black pepper
