Hash browns. History has not recorded much information about this breakfast food but it is basically chopped up potatoes fried in a pan. ๐
Since potatoes are not keto-friendly, Iโve made a substitute using cauliflower. Thanks! ๐ It is super delicious and I urge you guys to make it. This Keto Cauliflower Hash Browns will surely rock your world. Donโt forget to include the beef bacon bits because thatโs the secret recipe.

Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower (grated) – about 3 cups
1 large egg
3 beef bacon strips ( chopped)
ยพ cup cheddar cheese (grated)
ยผ tsp garlic powder
ยผ tsp smoked paprika powder
Pink Himalayan Salt (to taste)
Ground black pepper (to taste)
Coconut oil
Avocado Oil Spray
Instructions:
1. Grate the whole head of cauliflower (just the florets) with a cheese grater. If you have a food processor, use that!
2. Fry the beef bacon strips in a pan with a little oil until crispy. Chop them to bits.
3. Place the grated cauliflower into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 3 mins.
4. Let the cauliflower cool down before transferring to a paper towel or a clean kitchen cloth. Squeeze out all excess water, as much as you can.
5. In a mixing bowl, add the cauliflower and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
6. Place a parchment paper on a baking pan and grease it a bit. Form mini hash browns and place them on the greased pan. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 mins.
7. After taking the hash browns out of the oven, let them cool for a bit and then serve!
