Keto baked chicken breast in cream and cream cheese

Today’s dish is for keto lovers! Presenting a yummy baked chicken breast with full fat cream and cream cheese. it has around 73% of fats, 20% of protein, and approx. 6% of carbs which makes this very keto-friendly. this dish has around 1270 calories which can keep you going for almost the whole day. Non-keto folks are free to use the normal white sauce recipe and also can include more spices. Please do let me know if you would like to put me more of keto recipes in the comment section.

Ingredients
Breast chicken – 150g
Butter – 3 tbsp
Cream cheese – 1 tbsp
Fresh cream- 150ml
Chilly flakes – 1tsp
Mixed herbs – 1tsp
Cinamon – 1 inch
Cardamom – 2
Pepper – 1tsp
Salt – as per tastePaprika – 1tsp

Roast pepper seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, red dry chilly in a hot pan
when the nice aroma of the spices comes out, put it in the mixer tp make a fine mix
I added a little coarse pepper masala along with the roasted masala. Make a fine mix.
Slice the chicken a little so that the masala can go in evenly
pour the melted butter on both the sides of chicken
Pour the masala on the chicken breast and marinate it nicely on both sides
add paprika and mix well
set aside the marinated chicken for 5/6 hours
After 6 hours, we are ready to bake.
Preheat the oven for 25 minutes at 200C
Pour the melted butter on the tray and spread well
place the chicken on the butter and also spread butter on top of it
and here comes out the beautifully baked chicken breast out of the oven
Now let’s make the cream – pour butter on the tawa – low flame
Let the butter melt slowly
Pour the fresh cream on the tawa and stir quickly
Add the cream cheese and keep stirring
adding some more fresh cream
keep stirring to get the right consistency
add mixed herbs
Add chicken and mix well with the sauce so that the sauce goes in
time to serve
Add chilly flakes
eat with bread if you are not on keto
