Potatoes: 1 kg
Kashmiri mirch or Paprika powder: 4 tbsp
Curd: 2 cups
Salt: as per taste
Dry ginger powder: 1 tbsp
Oil: 2 tbsp
Coriander powder: 1 tbsp
Fennel powder: 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder: 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli: 1 tsp
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Water: 1/2 cup
Garam masala: 1 tsp

For Garnishing:
Fresh Coriander
