Assalamualaikum how are you all. So today I’m here with an other video for you people. Today we will be making Besan kerrala (bitter gourds) sizzling kerrala, with easy steps. As this vege is extremely beneficial and contains vitamins and proteins that’s necessary for those patients, who have suffered diabetes problems. This dish of bitter gourds very valuable our body growth. We must include this vege in our meal menu. Fresh kerrala ( bitter gourds)as you required )
Besan (chick peas flour)1 cup
Red chilli =1tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1=tsp
Paprika powder =tbs
Cumin seeds =1tsp
Egg=1ps
Fresh low fat cream =2tbsp
Bitter gourds =350grms

Ingredients for gravy ☆
Onion =200grms
Tomatoes =300grms
Garlic =2tbsp
Ginger =2tbsp
Yogurt =1/2 cup =4tbsp
Green chilli =3piece
Cinnamon sticks =1inch piece (optional)
Oil for frying and preparing
Dry condiment ☆
Cumin seeds =1tbsp (roast)
Coriander seeds =1tbsp (roast)
Paprika power =1tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder =1tbsp
Red chilli =1tbsp
Mustard seeds =1/4tsp
Carom seed =1/4tsp
Chicken cub =1ps

Chicken Marination ☆
Chicken =200grms (as your choice
Vinegar =1tbsp
Paprika powder =1tbsp
Salt to taste
Soya sauce =1tbs
HP fruity Sauce =1tbsp
Low fat cream Fresh =2tbsp
Corn starch =2tbsp
Corn flour =2tbsp
Turmeric powder =1tsp
Olive oil =3-4tbsp

Potatoes bake ingredients ☆
Potatoes =3 medium size
Salt to taste
Paprika powder =1tbsp
Low fat cream =1tsp
Chat masala =1tsp
Cumin seeds powder =1/4tbsp

VEGETABLE ☆
For gravy
Capsicums =1/2cup (3 colours)optional
Onion =1ps

For garnish ☆
Coriander leaves =1tbsp (optional )
Kashmiri mirch =4tbsp
Green onion =4tbsp
