Hi everyone assalamu alaikum, welcome back to our channel. Today I am here with a recipe of Arabian Kabsa, Which is very easy and tasty. Hope you like this video. If you haven’t subscribed our channel yet please subscribe and support our channel

Ingredients:

Chicken-1 kg
Paprika or red chili powder- 1+1 tbsp
Vinegar- 2 tbsp
Pepper powder- 1 tbsp
Oregano-1/2 tsp
Salt

Onion-1
Ginger and garlic paste
Capcicum-1
Tomatoes-2
Basmati rice-3 glass
Water- 6 glass
Chicken cube-1
Dry lemon
Turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
Kabsa masala-1 1/2 + 3/4 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Pepper-3/4 tbsp

For kabsa masala :

Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
Jeers-1 tsp
Fennel seeds -1 tsp
Clove-9
Cardamom-7
Cinnamon stick – 3 inch
Black pepper-1/2 tbsp
Black cardamom-1
Nutmeg
Red chili -5
Bay leaves- 1
