If you are looking for an easy recipe with Kidney Beans, Tofu which are vegan sources of protein, then try these recipes. These potato recipes are my all time favorite. Ingredients for recipe 1:
1. 1 cup Kidney beans
2. 2 small size Potatoes
3. 2-3 large cloves of Garlic
4. 1/2 medium size Onion
5. 1/2 inch Ginger
6. Some Cumin seeds
7. 1/5 tsp turmeric powder, cumin powder and coriander powder
8. fresh Coriander Leaves
9. 1/2 tsp Chat masala
10. Salt to taste
11. Some black pepper powder
12. 1 green chilli
13. Cook oil
Ingredients for recipe 2:
1. 3 medium size Potatoes
2. 1/2 medium size Corn
3. 1/2 medium size Onion
4. 2-3 green Chilli
5. Some fresh Coriander Leaves
6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
7. 1/4 tsp cumin powder
8. 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
9. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
10. 1/2 tsp Chat masala
11. 1 tbsp Cornstarch
12. 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
13. 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
14. Salt to taste
15. Some fresh Lemon juice
Ingredients recipe 3:
1. 200 gm Tofu
2. 1 small Carrot
3. 1/2 small size Onion
4. 2 green chilli
5. 2 medium size boiled potatoes
6. 2 tsps Corn Starch
7. Salt to taste
8. Some chilli flakes
9. Some black pepper powder
10. Some dry herbs
