Simple Soup recipe:
Measure your ingredients depending on how much you’re making
I used approx. 2 cups of water ( I didn’t measure), next
chopped and added organic everything:
-red potatoes
-sweet potato
-carrots
-red onion
-broccoli
-mushroom
-garlic
-ginger
I added about half-a-cup of wild rice blend
and for seasoning added
-pink himalayan salt (if your soup is tasting a little bland add a bit more salt when it’s done)
-smoke paprika
-basil
-cumin
I brought it all to a boil and then dropped the heat to low and let it simmer for about an hour-and-a-half. It doesn’t have to cook for that long
