Jollof Rice Stew ( Party jollof rice stew for one cooler of Jollof Rice )

Tomato paste (3kg)
Tomato sauce (450g) OR 8 fresh tomatoes
7 Res bell pepper OR Tatashe
7 Large onion
12 cloves of garlic
2 root of ginger
Scotch bonnet pepper ( to taste)
Oil for frying

For the seasoning

4 Tablespoon of thyme
1 Tablespoon of curry powder
4 Tablespoon of paprika
1 Tablespoon of ground clove
4 Tablespoon white pepper
12 Chicken seasoning
1 Tablespoon jollof seasoning
1/12 Tablespoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 Tablespoon of all purpose seasoning
