Jack Fruit wings
2 cans of jackfruit
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic power
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 cup veggie stock
1/2 cup of water
Rice paper Wraps
Grapeseed oil
Sweet chilli sauce
hot sauce
lemon pepper
add jackfruit to mixture and let boil until all liquid is dissolved. Allow jackfruit to cool. Form into wing shaped pieces. Let firm in the freezer for about an hour. Wrap with rice paper wraps and coat with grapeseed oil. Air fry for 8-12 minutes until golden brown and coat in your favorite sauces.
