Tokwa at Itlog na Maalat
ingredients;
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 pcs eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
for the tokwa breading
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic
2 pcs red chili
2 pcs salted eggs
3 tbsp brown sugar
Note* you can fry the tofu in a normal way like frying in a pan with cooking oil 😊 (if you dont want to use air fryer)
