This is a little bit different stew than traditional British stew, but you will be surprised how delicious it is. No flour, red wine but pancetta, cumin, and smoked paprika. This is a pressure cooker version of Gennaro Contald’s recipe “Goulash Tirolese”. He is one of my favorite chefs and this recipe did not disappoint me at all.
Ingredients:
– 1 onion (sliced),
– 300 ml of chicken stock
– 500 g beef
– 1 garlic cloves (sliced)
– 1/2 tsp ground cumin
– 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
– 50 g pancetta (or bacon)
– 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
