Bacon – 30 g Smoked paprika – 1/2 tsp Dried garlic-1/3 tsp Salt – 1/2 tsp o Pepper – 1/4 tsp. Pickled cucumbers – 100 g (3 pcs.) Onions – 50 g (1/2 pcs.) Cheese – 100 g Lavash – 4 pcs.

Step by step preparation: 1. Add finely chopped bacon, smoked paprika, garlic, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Stir. 2. Chop cucumbers and onions, grate cheese. 3. Cut circles out of pita bread, the diameter of a frying pan. Spread the minced meat on the pita bread. 4. Fry the minced meat for 3 minutes. Turn over. 5. Brush the fried minced meat with ketchup, put onions, cucumbers and sprinkle with cheese. Roll in half and cook for another 3 minutes on each side.

Lazy lahmajun Minced meat – 400 g Onion – 50 g (1/2 pcs.) Sweet pepper – 50 g (1 pc.) Tomato paste – 15 g (1.5 tbsp.) Smoked paprika-1/2 tsp. Dried garlic – 1/2 tsp Salt – 1 tsp Pepper – 1/4 tsp Lavash – 2 leaves Eggs – 2 pcs. Milk – 50 ml

Combine the minced meat, onion, bell pepper, tomato paste, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. 2. Cut a sheet of pita bread into 4 pieces. Grease each part with minced meat and roll into a tube. 3. Dip each straw in a batter of egg and milk. 4. Grill over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each of 4 sides, covered.

Lavash rolls with potatoes and Mashed potatoes-300g O Dried onions – 1 tsp. Dried dill – 1 tsp Dried garlic – 1/3 tsp Salt – 1/2 tsp Pepper – 1/4 tsp Lavash – 1 sheet Ham – 200 g Cheese – 100 g Egg for batter

Step by step: 1. Add dried onion, garlic, dill, salt and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Stir. 2. Spread the puree on the entire surface of the pita bread. 3. Put ham on 1/4 of the pita bread and sprinkle with cheese. Roll up the roll. 4. Cut into slices 2-3 thick, dip in egg batter and fry for 3 minutes on each side.
