Indian Butter Chicken made easy!
This is my all time fav chicken dish. Definitely for a special occasion!

Butter chicken recipe :

Marinade:

5 tbsp yoghurt
1tbsp garlic
1tbsp ginger
2tsp salt
1tsp cumin powder
1tsp coriander powder
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp paprika
1tsp cardamom powder
half lemon juice

800g chicken (without skin)
20 gms butter for frying the chicken

Gravy:

50g butter
1tsp paprika
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 cardamom
1tsp chilli powder
2-3 chilli
1tsp garam masala
1 big onion
2 tomatoes
2tbsp garlic
2 tbsp ginger
6 tbsp whipping cream
20 soaked cashews
1 tsp honey
