What You Need:
900 g whole chicken cut into 4 pieces
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar light brown
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika (optional)
1/2 tablespoon salt and pepper
1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
lemon juice
10 g annato powder or achuete
Marinate: 4-5 hours. for best result marinate the chicken overnight.

1/3 كوب صلصة الصويا
1/4 كوب سكر بني فاتح
1/3 كوب خل
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا حلوة (اختياري)
1/2 ملعقة كبيرة ملح وفلفل
1/2 ملعقة كبيرة معجون الزنجبيل
1 ملعقة كبيرة معجون ثوم
عصير ليمون
10 غ من مسحوق أناتو أو أكويت
تتبيل: 4-5 ساعات. للحصول على أفضل نتيجة ، انقع الدجاج طوال الليل
