Smoked Guinness BBQ Wings ☘️

St. Patrick’s Day wings that hit different. Smoked low and slow, then tossed in a sticky, bold Guinness BBQ sauce—these wings are next level.

Wings: 2 lbs chicken wings, 1 tbsp baking powder (aluminum-free), 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp cayenne.

Guinness BBQ Sauce:
🔸 1 cup Guinness beer 🍺
🔸 1 cup ketchup
🔸 2 tbsp brown sugar
🔸 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
🔸 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
🔸 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
🔸 1 tsp smoked paprika
🔸 1/2 tsp garlic powder
🔸 1/2 tsp onion powder
🔸 1/2 tsp black pepper
🔸 1/4 tsp cayenne

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prep the Wings: Pat dry, toss with baking powder, oil, and seasonings. Let sit for 30 min (or overnight for max crispiness).
2️⃣ Smoke: Set Weber pellet smoker to 225°F, smoke wings for 1.5 hours (internal temp 165°F).
3️⃣ Crisp Them Up: Crank heat to 375°F for 10-15 min or grill for 2-3 min per side.
4️⃣ Make the Guinness BBQ Sauce: Simmer all sauce ingredients for 15-20 min until thick.
5️⃣ Toss & Caramelize: Coat wings in sauce, put them back on the smoker at 375°F for 5 min to caramelize.
