As we were children in Hungary, our mother made “káposzta főzelék” very often. We ate it with meatballs. This recipe brings up the memories and the Hungarian flavors of our past. Enjoy it with lots of veggies, or try our vegan meatballs:

Ingredients:
1 medium cabbage
2 cups of water
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of Hungarian paprika powder
juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves of garlic
kale
Cashew cream:
1 cup of soaked cashews
1 + 1/2 cup water
