KEDVES MAGYAR/DEAR HUNGARIAN PERSON, Public service announcement: Do not comment on this post or watch this video and say it is not a Hungarian recipe. My ex-mother-in-law taught me this recipe — it is a family recipe. I know that this is not the same as famous Hungarian pörkölt recipe — this is just a variation using a Hungarian family recipe for a simple pork stew. I know what a traditional pörkölt is, and I am aware that this recipe here is not the same. Thank you!
