Hungarian Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:
– 4 tbpn salted butter
– 1 onion, chopped
– 1 lbs cremini mushrooms
– 2 c chicken or vegetable stock
– ½ cup dry white wine
– 2 tspn dried dill
– 2 tspn fresh thyme leaves, minced
2 tspn paprika
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire
– 1 tspn kosher salt
– 3 tbps all-purpose flour
– 1 c whole milk
– ¼ c sour cream
– 1 tbsn lemon juice, from 1 lemon (optional)
– 2 tbsn fresh Italian parsley, (optional)
