I want to show you today a vegetarian recipe. This is a hungarian inspired vegetarian stew. Plenty of vegetables in there, really healty and affordable for home cooks. The original recipe is called Lecso and i gave it a bit of a twist for the presentation.

I do provide exact amounts only for things that require a really big precision like breads or desserts. For the rest of my dishes I do not include exact measurements because I am not saying you have to follow exactly my recipes. I want you to develop a sense for cooking and be creative with your ingredients. Even if you find one or two things from the whole recipe that you can include in your cooking that makes me glad. I do not want you to leave with a copied recipe. I prefer if you learned something actually. Recipes you can find anywhere.

About me: Just few words,I do not want to get you bored here. My name is Florin but you can call me Flow. I am 20 years old,and I have started to work as a chef when I was 15 years old. I started scrubbing plates and from there I never looked back. At 18 years old I decided to start a college in Culinary Management. I have created this channel with few things into my mind. Cooking is the only thing I have been consistent while so many things changed in my life. I am always looking to learn, improve, discover and so on. My goal is to share what I know and I hope to inspire and help other people pasionate about cooking. Enough talking, get your apron and start cooking !
