Hungarian Goulash Soup
The Hungarian goulash soup is the mother of all goulash dishes in the world. Goulash was invented in Hungary (Europe) by cowboys. They would roam the great Hungarian plains with their cattle and prepare a goulash soup/stew at the end of the day for dinner. Beef, vegetables and spices such as paprika make a good Hungarian goulash soup. In my guide, I break down the process with photos and a how to video. You will need a few ingredients to make your own comforting goulash soup this winter. Serve it up with bread or a simple green salad for a balanced meal.
