Classic Hungarian Beef Goulash is an amazing comforting dish that I totally love to prepare. It’s fairly easy to make and it’s the best choice for any party, gathering or whenever you need to feed a large crowd. Check out my recipe that I tweaked to my likings.

NOTE: I’m not claiming this to be the AUTHENTIC recipe, I did modify it by adding some non-traditional ingredients. Cooking is about experimenting and that’s what I love about it the most.
