Hello and welcome!
I’m going to show you today, how easy is to make this really filling Hungarian Bean Soup with ham hock.
Ingredients you will need:
1/2 or 3/4 of diced gammon hock with bones
carrots
parsnips
swede
2-3 types of dried beans
parsley
celeriac leaves
onion
garlic
bay leaves
salt & pepper
sweet paprika
flour
vegetable oil

Try it and let me know if you like it!
p.s.: I always use smoked gammon hock, much authentic flavour!
