hummus with paprika recipe ↓⠀
• chickpeas (1 can of 400g – once drained, without liquid it will be about 240g)⠀
• juice from 3 large lemons⠀
• 60g tahini⠀
• 1 small clove of garlic⠀
• 30ml olive oil, plus more for drizzling⠀
• salt⠀⠀
• 1 tablespoon paprika ⠀
• pine nuts (optional for topping)⠀
1. put chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, olive oil, salt and paprika into the blender and blend until smooth
2. store hummus in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to one week⠀
