1 cup chickpea
2 cloves garlic
1/8th tsp cumin powder
1/8th tsp salt
1/8th tsp paprika (can substitute red chilli powder for paprika)
1/8th tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp tahini (OR ground sesame paste)
1/4th cup cilantro
In another bowl add
