(Make a garlic and ginger paste)
Black pepper
White pepper
Corriander powder
Paprika powder
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste.

Fresh paprika hijau
Bawang bombay

Bumbu:
Bawang putih
Jahe
(Dihaluskan)
Lada hitam
Lada putih
Ketumbar bubuk
Paprika bubuk
Kunyit bubuk
Garam,utk perasa
