Turkey Rub:
– 2 Tbsp Paprika
– 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
– 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
– 1 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning
– 1 Tsp Kosher Salt
– 1 Tsp Rosemary
– 1/2 Tsp pepper
– 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
– 2 Tsp golden yellow sugar (Brown or turbinado is also fine)
– Blend for 20 seconds in a magic bullet or grinder.
