Vegan Pancakes Crepes, dairy free, egg free, Hungarian style
Easy to prepare, just important to use Strong White flour in this vegan recipe to compensate the missing eggs.
Ingredients for 2-4 servings around 8-10 pancakes:
650 ml (+50-100ml) soy milk (don’t use any milk with stabilisers such as guar gum or any other gum it would change its texture)
300g Strong white bread flour (very important, for the best results check out the protein content on the packaging and make sure it is more than 12g per 100g)
50ml oil
2 TSP sugar
1 small pinch of salt
If you are vegetarian, you can make it with dairy milk and 1-2 eggs, decrease the volume of the milk by 50ml per egg. If you use eggs, you can use plain flour.
