Homemade Delicious INDIAN style Vegan butter chicken recipe is very easy to prepare and it is a great INDIAN dish it’s little sweet and has a great taste of INDIAN spices and everyone can make it very easy to get the taste of INDIA
How to make Vegan butter chicken ( seitan )
Method/Prep
Take a bowl of Seitan
Add 1-2 tsp Red chilli powder / Paprika
Add 2-3 tsp Vegan Yogurt
Add 1 tsp Ginger & Garlic paste
Add 1-2 tsp Salt & Black pepper
Mix it well and marinate for 20 mins
Take a pan to add oil
Toss your Marinated Seitan into the pan
fry it properly and keep seitan aside in a bowl
Take the same pan and add oil
Add 1 Chopped onion
Add some Vegan butter
Add 1 Chopped Tomato
Add a handful of Cashew nuts
Add 1 glass water
After some time add 1 tsp Ginger & Garlic paste
Add 2-3 tsp Red chilli powder / Paprika
Add 1 tsp Garam Masala (Ground Spices)
Add 1 12 tsp Salt
Add 2-3 Dried Chilli and mix it well for sometime
Add 4-5 tsp sugar
Add 1 tsp vinegar after some time off the lit and let it cool for few minutes
Add Prepared mixture to a blender
Add 1 Glass of water and blend it properly and make it thin and smooth liquid paste
Take the same pan add oil
Strain the mixture into a pan
After some time add a little bit of oil and Vegan butter
Add 2-3 tsp Coconut cream
Add fried seitan to it and stir it for few minutes
Lastly, add Kasuri methi (fenugreek) and mix it well
Your Vegan butter chicken(Seitan) is ready

Sugar
Vinegar
Coconut Cream
Kasuri methi (fenugreek)
