White sauce ingredients:
2 tbs butter
2 tbs all-purpose flour
1½ cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 tsp dried parsley leaves
mozzarella and cheddar cheese, grated
fresh coriander leaves, chopped
For frying chicken
5 tbs Cooking Oil
