*ROAST BEEF*

Top side cut beef ( 1.6 kg) / any cut of beef
1Tbs sea salt ,
1Tsp cumin
1Tsp rosemary,
1Tsp thyme
1Tbs, black pepper 1Tbs sugar
1Tsp chilli powder
1Tsp smoked
paprika,
1 Tsp crushed chilli, 1tsp ginger powder, 1Tsp purpose seasonings
Olive oil
*TRAY PREP*
Carrot
Sweet potato
Onion
Garlic
Fresh rosemary
Olive oil
*GARNISH*
Green bell pepper
Red onion
Parsley
*SEALED BEEF IN MEDIUM HIGH HEAT FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES
**TEMPERATURE FOR OVEN*
Gas Mark 6, 400F cook for 30min reduce your oven to 180F for the rest of the cooking , rest the beef for 30 mins before cutting
