How to make the best Zelnacka, there are a few different ways and many family’s have there own recipe… this is my recipe and it packs a lot of flavour.
Key points are to ensure you have a good quality smoky, slightly spicy sausage. I also use two types of paprika in the video. One is a sweet smoked paprika the other a spicy paprika, I feel these complement each other perfectly.
