Protein: 44 g
Carbs: 21 g

Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 block of Tofu (400 g)
1/4 block of smoked tofu, diced (50 g)
1/2 onion, diced
1 garlic clove, diced
1 cup of spinach
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 cup soy yogurt
A pinch of salt, pepper and turmeric
2-4 tbsp of soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Bring a non-stick frying pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil to medium-high heat.
2. Fry the onion and garlic until translucent.
3. Crumble the tofu into the pan using your hands and fry for 5 minutes. Stir regularly.
4. Add the turmeric, salt and pepper and soy sauce. Fry for 3-5 minutes.
5. Add all remaining ingredients except for the yogurt and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Add the yogurt, stir well and fry for 1 minute.
