Ingredients:
1 small cabbage
1 beetroot
1 big  onion
Fresh parsley and cilantro
Sweet peppers
1 jalapeño
3 Potatoes
2 carrots
3 Garlic cloves
1 can of beans
Avocado oil
1 tablespoon of coriander
1 tablespoon of paprika
Vegetable stock and water
Add salt to taste
3  bay leaves
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 cup of marinara sauce
1/2 lemon
Red chili flakes
For the sauce: 1 garlic clove to plant-based yogurt
