How to make the best Oxtail Stew

People around the world have differents ways of making this dish but this is how I make mine and it’s so delicious. You could add celery and bay leaf if you like.
Make sure your oxtail is soft before adding the sauce.

Recipe
1kg oxtail
1tbsp salt
1tsp garlic
1 Large onion
Spring onions

Tomato sauce

5 tbsp chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato puré
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp Parsley
1 tbsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Black pepper
2 cubes magic
1/2 onion
Spring onions
1 Sweet pepper
