In this video, I will show you how to make the best and easy beef stew everyone will love. This beef stew is super flavorful and just perfect.
I hope this chunky, mushroom, celery, carrot, green peas and potato Beef Stew will be your new favorite.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. boneless beef
2 tbsp olive oil for the stew
1 tbsp. Olive oil for the mushrooms
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tbsp ginger
1 medium onion (chopped0
1 1/2 cups chopped baby carrots
1 1/2 cups celery
1 cup mixed frozen vegetables
2 cup chopped mushroom
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp sea salt
2 tbsp soy sauce (60% less salt)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 cups vegetable broth
A few bay leaves (you need to take them out before serving the stew)
