✔Ingredients:
3 medium sweet potatoes (same size), give them a good wash and blot it dry.
Olive oil
salt
black pepper
Preheat oven to (356°F / 180° C) degrees for 60 minutes.
✔For the chicken marinade:
300g chicken breast, cut into cubes
1Tbsp garlic powder
1Tbsp curry powder
1Tbsp ground cumin powder
1Tbsp ginger powder
1Tbsp paprika powder
1 garlic cloves grated
1Tbsp yogurt
✔For the sauce:
1 onions
2 large tomatoes, chopped
7Tbsp coconut cream/milk
salt
black pepper
Coriander, chopped – for garnish
