You know what they say… “To love is to lose.” If you’re like me and love Taco Bell more than you should, then you’re well-acquainted with losing favorite menu items on a regular basis. Taco Bell removed the Spicy Potato Soft Taco this week, and instead of sulking, I decided to figure out how to make it at home. 1 tsp Chicken Bullion Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper

Cornstarch to coat
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Flour Tortillas
Desired Toppings (Shredded Lettuce, Shredded Cheese, Diced Tomatoes)
Sauce (modified Jalapeño Ranch)
¼ Cup Mayo
¼ Cup Sour Cream
1 Jalapeño
1 Chipotle
1 Tbsp Adobo
1 Clove Garlic
Handful of Parsley
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
Salt
Pepper
