1 kilo chicken pieces season with 2tbs all purpose season
2tsp paprika
2 tbsp ginger
After chicken is fried, season pot with 3tbs soy sauce
4 minced garlic
1 medium onion
2 stick celery
2tbs fresh thyme
1 tbsp all spice crushed
2 cups diced carrots
3 cups cooked pigeon peas
1cp each red and green bell pepper
2 chicken bouillon
1/2 extra virgin coconut oil
1 scotch bonnet pepper add to pot whole.
5 cups water if you’re going to use coconut milk, add 3 cups coconut milk and 2 cps water.
