Suya is a spicy meat skewer which is popular street food in West Africa. Suya is generally made with skewered beef or chicken but here is a recipe of how I make this easy, delicious suya chicken gizzard.

* Thumb size Ginger
*1 Scotch Bonnet
*1 Medium Onion
* 1/2 Tsp Badia Complete Seasoning
*1/2 Tsp Adobo Seasoning
*1/2 Tsp All Purpose Seasoning
*1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin
*1/2 Tsp Ground Coriander
*1/2 Tsp Mixed Herbs
*1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
*1 Maggi Cube Crayfish
