Step 1
Preparing the Chicken and Sauce
Ingredients:
500ml Water.
1 Kg Chicken Breast Cut into Small Pieces.
2 Medium Onions.
4 Tbsp Oil.
2 Tbsp Garlic & Ginger Paste.
1 Tsp Garam Masalla.
1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder.
1 Tbsp Paprika Powder.
2 Tsp Cumin Powder.
2 Tsp Corrinder Powder.
1 Tsp Chili Powder.*(Optional)*
1 Tsp Salt (ADD TO TASTE)
3 Bayleaves.
1 Small Cassia Bark Stick.
2 Green Cardomon pods.
Step 2
Preparing the Piyaz Tarka.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Butterghee.
1 Medium Onion Diced.
1/4 Tsp Kalonji Seeds. (Nigella Seeds)
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi Leaves.
1 Tbsp Garlic Paste.
2 Fresh Sliced or Chopped Green Chilies *Optional*
Pinch of Salt.
Garnish:
Thinly Slices of Fresh Ginger.
Finely chopped Fresh Corrinder
*Thickening of Sauce is your preference cooking time may slight vary.*
** Additional Chili may be added**
